The Big Game! Prepping for Super Bowl LVI

The most exciting day of the year for football fans is just around the corner! Sunday, February 13th we will gather around televisions nationwide for Super Bowl LVI. The La Rams take on the Cincinnati Bengals at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California for the 56th Super Bowl. No matter which team you are rooting for there is sure to be plenty of fun in store.

Whether you’re a cheering fan, commercial enthusiast, halftime devotee, or just in it for the time around friends and family, there are plenty to look forward to in Super Bowl get togethers.

Decor

Decorations are a fantastic way to set the stage for the day of the big game. Sometimes watching a game from many many miles away on television feels a bit detached. Why not bring the stadium to your home? Bring the excitement from the biggest game day of the year to your guests. Synthetic grass is the perfect tablecloth or table runner.

The photo below is from a birthday party, but would be terrrific decor for a Super Bowl Party.

The pennant banners pictured below give such a festive feel. The referee striped background looks bold and can even be accomplished with just bloack and white streamers.

Food

Food is a very important component of any Super Bowl Party. We all know the usual fan favorites are wings, snack trays, sandwiches, chips, dips (so many dips), and other assorted finger foods. Why not keep those traditions alive while adding some extra flavor to your gathering.

Snack Stadiums

Snack stadiums are absolute showstoppers. How could you focus on the game with a beautiful spread like these below? You can make them out of cardboard or even wood. We are completely blown away by the first one complete with working stadium lights and a place for a tablet or jumbotron if you will.

Charcuterie Boards

The chacuterie board trend has been one we absolutely adore. Why not mix it up by incorporating your favorite game snacks or even desserts. These finger foods definitely have some style to add to your Super Bowl Party decor!

Games

While there will be plenty of people glued to the game, some side games don’t hurt for those who aren’t as interested in football or for kids to have something fun to do. Some of our favorites are football squares and commercial bingo.
