Behind The Scenes: 2024 Charity Calendar Photoshoot

On a brisk morning in April, a rare gathering of Accountable Exteriors and Accountable Siding employees convened at our Woodburn Shop for a day of training, photos, and fun. Distinguished guests graced us with their industry expertise, igniting a fervor for learning that permeated every corner.

The post-training session buzz was palpable as we transitioned into the next phase of our endeavor - capturing the heart of our dynamic team through a series of posed headshots. With the shop's bustling routine, the chance for a collective gathering of all employees was as rare as a comet sighting. Yet, this serendipitous moment was seized upon with great enthusiasm.

We entrusted this significant task to the skilled eye of Annie Helen Photography, whose reputation preceded her. As the day unfolded, it was evident that Annie's talent was not confined to her camera; she was an adept orchestrator of comfort and confidence.

Annie's expertise, however, was the beacon that guided them all. With her reassuring presence and keen eye for detail, she was able to dissolve any initial apprehensions, transforming the process into a collaborative dance between artist and subject. These instances unveiled her true artistry; she didn't merely capture images, but exposed the authentic self of every person.

There was a sense of accomplishment in the air. The fruits of this endeavor were not just a collection of photographs, but a visual testament to the personality and shared dedication that defined our team. The captured moments, frozen in time, stood as a testament to the collective strength of our enterprise, and a reminder of the unique beauty each member brought to the tapestry of our work.

Lunch arrived in the form of piping-hot pizza, fueling us for the rest of the photoshoot. We transitioned to group shots, capturing the collective strength of our crew, leads, and office staff. Then came the highlight: the long-awaited calendar shoot. Team members chose poses and locations, resulting in a playful, memorable collection. Laughter echoed through the shop as each person's unique spirit shone through. Between shots, camaraderie flourished, solidifying our bond beyond work. As the day concluded, the photographs stood as a testament to our team's unity and individuality.

In preparation for the upcoming year, we have completed the process of selecting the charity for the year 2024. We understand the importance of giving back to our community and strive to make a positive impact through our philanthropic efforts. As Accountable Exteriors, we believe in being accountable not only to our clients but also to the society we are a part of. Therefore, with careful consideration, we have evaluated various organizations working towards noble causes such as education, healthcare, environmental conservation, and social welfare. We aimed to choose a charity that aligns with our core values and has a proven track record of making a meaningful difference. Our team has actively researched and contacted potential charities, reviewed their impact reports, and analyzed their financial transparency to ensure that our donation will be utilized effectively and efficiently. The decision-making process involved brainstorming sessions, discussions among team members, and soliciting input from all our employees. We believe in the power of collaboration, and we are open to suggestions and recommendations from anyone interested in contributing to this noble cause. Together, we can make a significant difference in the lives of those in need, and we are excited to announce we selected Constructing Hope as the charity that will be our focus for the 2024 Charity Calendar.
